The complex comprises of twenty four bedroom houses with comunal leisure and security. Each house has a private area of 124 m2.
The joint facilities are; a small multi-sports court a gourmet area for entertaining a large feature swimming pool area with childrens section, a gymnasium, a childrens play area and the securtity post.

Each Villa has two floors, the ground floor consists of the forth bedroom, which has a private bathroom, the kitchen with separate utility room, the open plan lounge and dinning areas which open out onto the front patio, there is also a social bathroom to the front of the building. The building works will soon be completed in January 2008.

The location is very good being close to the lovely beaches of the area and close to the main highway into Joao Pessoa and its shops and nigthlife, a 10-15 minute drive away.
